Fire Fighting EV and Rubina

Elasta Vixen  and Rubina both hurrying to get a lot of water into them to put out that burning building before it spreads to the rest of the city.

Note from me: I was accually suprised I did all this in the picture to result into this, I just EXPLODED with art surge and it came out a lot more well done(no pun indended) than I thought ^^:
